First cycle test e

Hi, just after a little help on my first cycle.
24yo 24%bf down from 41% 3 yrs ago. 239 pounds. 6'1' have done a winny/t3/clen cycle so its kinda not my first but it is.lol
i know bf% is slightly high, have been training 3 years solid. 4 days lifting, 2 days cardio/ 3 days lifting, 3 days cardio alternating hiit and weeks
cycle - test e- 250 mon 250 thur for 10 weeks
arimidex during 1mg eod (thoughts on this please, its this high because of bf dont want to risk gyno)
clomid and nolva post cycle for 4 weeks
macros 30/40/30 40 being protein of course.
thanks for any input please. also - will of doing winny before affect gains from this cycle, or will it still be like a first cycle. if u understand me. cheers snipz

P.s., train at least another year naturally before you stick the needle in.
 
cycle length plus pct length = length of time between cycles is a trusty method. (to try and answer your winny concern...no it shouldnt effect this one)...id agree w/ reformata why not hold out a bit longer and get the bf down lower w/ a solid diet..you'll see better resaults i.e cuts, veins ect.
 
good job so far..

but i would do cardio 4x a week..and do a shredder stack from omega or some forged burner...do some cross training if you want..idk if you like swimming or what,but thats a great way to burn some cals..and then doing your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
