finasteride and Deca

I have read that you should never take finasteride (propecia/prscar) while on deca, and you should wait upto 4 months after the deca to start taking finasteride. I have also heard that the previous statement is bullshit. I want to know if anyone has taken the combintation and what type of hairloss if any has occured. I normally don't do deca, but I got such a good deal that I could not pass it up.

Never taken it but Finasteride doesnt help with DHT. I believe.

The reason you don't take it with deca is that, if you do, deca will convert to a chemical that is more harmful to your hair.

You don't have to wait 4 months before recommencing the finasteride in my opinion. When your natural test comes back on line is when I would want to add propecia back in.

finasteride would block the convertion of nandrolone to DHN. DHN is easier for the hairline that nandrolone, so no finasteride if you take care of your hair.
Test is another story.......

Finasteride blocks DHT at the skin and prostate. It will work with deca but seems to push more conversion of test to estrogen. Try taking some zinc and soy protein to remedy this situation.
