Hello fellow lifting ladies!

So I have been one of those gals who has been addicted to a personal trainer for help with diet and training for years, when I have been training for years and should have trusted my own knowledge and the resources I know are out there. So after reading until I thought my eyes were going to cross, I think I have come up with a good plan and let me know what you think. I am going to continue with the Mass Aminos and Ultra 40's, use T-Rex (one twice a day, these are so strong they make me nauseous on an empty tummy).

So I am going to do 4 mass and 4 ultra at each meal

meal 1- 34g protein, 37g carbs, 20g fat
meal 2- 34g protein, 37g cards
meal 3- 34g protein, 37g carbs
meal 4- 34g protein, 20g fat
meal 5- 34g protein, 20g fat

Workout schedule-

M- Chest/Tri/AB, 30 minutes cardio SS
T- off
W- Legs/Cardio 30 min SS
Th- off
F- Shoulders/Ab, cardio 30 min SS
Sa- Back/Bi/Ab, cardio 30 min SS
Su- Off, cheat day (meal at least)

So what doyou gals think for losing Bodyfat. I am 5'2" and about 22-23% BF and about 135lbs. Thanks!!

Protein, carbs and fat intake look good. What is your calorie intake?

This is a new plan you've come up with? You were doing something different with your trainers? If so, what were you doing before compared to this schedule. Just want to make sure I'm clear on what you're saying.

Hi Scorpio!! My trainer had me doing more of a straight protein/carb with very little fat diet. I just found my cravings were out of control crazy after like 3-4 weeks of doing that. I found when I was in my best shape about 2 years ago I was doing a Beverly type inspired diet, so more of a 50/30/20, which helped curb cravings. I did the math for cals and at 11x135lbs I am at right about 1480 cals.

The 50/30/20 sounds good if it works for you. I like to keep my fat up to curb the appetite too. Calories look good. Sounds like you should give it a shot and see how it works for you. Will you be starting a log?

I think I will, helps me keep track of my weights and I want to be able to really fine tune my physique when I get a bit leaner :) Thanks so much for the help, you guys have always been so informative here, so much more than most anywhere else.
