Diet for the rest of the day was down the toilet again. I let the stress around here get to me and reverted back to my old ways of binging for comfort. We also lost our Internet capabilities until 8:30am on the 4th.

I am going to try and attach a picture of us decorating our Charlie Brown tree in the front of the building. :)

decline bench press (3x10) 105,105,had a laughing fit on the 3rd set and could not stop, I think I got 4 reps out of the deal and almost pissed myself (still don't know why I was laughing so hard)

I was following the directions on the container to take 4 tsps per day for the first 5 days to load the muscles. Sounded odd to me but then again I don't make these things.

If you get enough protein you dont need glutamine. If I use it isnt only when my muscles are really sore
