I'm tossed between peanut butter and casein, dry curd, or flax/casein...........maybe I should try 1/2 tb of flax and a few almonds with casein at 50g...........seems ideal.
half casein, half whey w/ flax. I read in muscle and Fitness the other day that highlt reccomended taking flax w/ casein before going to bed to help regulate body fat.
As for everyone else, good to see. What are you doing? Cutting/bulking? How do you feel that last shake has effected you? Do you do cardio in the am? Are you hungry for your first meal?

I think the last shake gives my body sound nutrition (Infusion also has EFA's).
Yes, cardio in the AM almost all of the time.
I'm not hungry, for my first meal, oddly enough, even when I eat a whole food meal, I don't wake up hungry like I used to a long time ago. But do keep in mind, I'm ready to eat all the time pretty much, even more so in the summer.
