Fear of bulking and macronutrients ratio.

A little background: I've been working on my belly fat since last Summer. Not that I had that much of it but it was stubborn and refused to go so I felt that I would put myself into recomp mode rather than try to bulk up.

I'm 31yo, 5.9"/180cm, 187lb/85Kg, been juicing for a couple of years and on HGH for the last two months and plan to stay on it all year round. My current diet is 3000 Kcal a day and I do 40 minutes of cardio from Monday to Friday and my macros would be P-290 C-290 F-80.

I'm starting a Deca cycle and my BF level has reached a point where I'm comfortable with it and considering a proper bulk. The macros for the diet I'm considering would be 4193 Kcal, P-200 C-585 F-117.

Keeping in mind my goal is a clean bulk, does this sound good to you? Should I keep the 40 min of cardio?
 
Are you saying you are planning a deca only cycle ?

4193 Kcal, P-200 C-585 F-117....i would bump the protein and lower the carbs on this..

Well, no. It's mainly Deca but not only: Deca 500mg + Test-c 300mg + Mast 300mg.

And yeah, upping the protein and reducing carbs is exactly what I was thinking. I take my diet from bodybuilding book and this is what it recommends, but those numbers are crazy.

Thats a mixed up cycle my friend....but swap the test to 500 and deca to 300...your pecker will thank you :)

Oh, no! Not at all. In fact my last cycle was the exact same with 100mg of test less per week and it was the best I've ever had. Libido-wise, even. If I'm planing for any changes in my future Deca cycles it would be upping the Deca and keeping the test the same.

All this thing about Deca-dick... could it be a myth born from when bodybuilders weren't controlling their prolactin correctly or something?
