fav tracks to works out to

mp3 is the way to go.

Ive got a nike rio sport 64meg. Pretty much the same as Backlashes. It has an armband so it doesnt get into your way. The headphones actually insert into the ear so they dont fall out. Ive seen some that have a wire that wrap around the ear also to hold them on.

My gym plays CNN on the tv, I mainly listen to metal for workouts just for the mental pump.

At the gym where I currently train. They have music for all the other parts of the gym except for the room with the powerack. There is a speaker there. It just doesn't work (don't know why). So, I get to listen to whatever they use in aerobic workouts (the aerobics room is next to the room with the powerack). However, if allowed, I would like to train to some Henry Rollins.

Depends on my mood, but rap is always a good choice because it carries that mood with it that can give one an attitude (with the heavy rolling bass beats and such) and make you feel high and mighty. Always good to have something that will help confidence. Xzibit's song "Spit Shine" gets me pumped due to the lyrics and such.

Other than rap though, I'm a big fan of techno/rave/trance shit, and alot of hardcore shit. Slipknot (Surfacing, Spit It Out), Disturbed (Conflict, Violence Fetish), Coal Chamber, Atreyu (A Vampire's Laments), Mudvayne (Dig is a personal favorite), Lollipop Lust Kill (Like A Disease)...

Much more, can't think now, brain dying...
