Hey brothers,
I have a fatty chest. There...I said it! Whew, I feel better now.
But seriously, I have a fatty lower chest that really pisses me off. It's nothing really bad and it's not gyno, possibly a sort of pseudogyno I guess? I did have VERY mild gyno as a teen. But I'm talking really mild from memory...
I definitely don't have any hard lumps etc in my chest now.
So I was wondering if there are any recommendations from people in terms of being able to lose chest fat and sculp it to be a bit flatter and harder looking.
I ordered some DermaTherm Target to see how that goes, but would like to take a shotgun approach and try whatever I can.
It's probably the only part of my physique that I struggle to get the way I want.
My chest workout consists of:
Flat bench (4 sets)
Incline dumbell (4 sets)
Flies (4 sets)
Dips (4 sets)
