Well motivated my fat ass by re-reading Burn the fat, started on 1st June at 102 kg & 31% BF - according to home scales.
Plan for the first 5 weeks is cardio 5 days a week then mix up with weight training 2 days and 3 cardio.
NO ALCOHOL for the next 4 months minimum and strict diet plan, starting off at 2000 cals for the first 2 weeks then tracking my progress.
MY 3 month goal is a drop of 18 pounds of fat and a drop of 6% bf.
It starts here..
