Do u weight train? If so how often?

Do u do any cardio? If so how often? How long? Intensity?

Do u have a diet plan mapped out meal by meal based on your percentages?
I started weight training after I hit a plataeu with my body fat loss last year - Couldnt budge below 29% Bf so started this program - http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=48
But didnt seem to loose any fat then either.

I have started cardio again - 1 hour, 5 times a week, works out to about 800 cals give or take a few every session.

I have a meal plan set up - I am going back to the plan when I originally lost my weight - ( hitting the figures I said earlier)

This week I am starting to build back on my cardio and my meal plan so that my body can adjust for when I actually start to track my progress from the 5th of May. So any guidance before then would be appreciated Guardian.

Friendly - I wouldn't mind some muscle loss as would prefer to shred fat then I can work on the muscle after I have got my BF into the sub 20's bro.

Sugashane - I have tried low intensity cardio - but I dont feel like i have accomplished anything from it.. whether I am not doing it right is another matter.

But I can only sacrifice about 70 - 80 mins a day to train - having family and all.

If you were to workout for 45-50 minutes then spend the rest of the time after your training doing moderate to intense cardio, I'm pretty sure you'd like quite well, also help to put on some muscle which in turn would lead to more fat being burned. if you lose muscles then you just lose that extra fat burning bro, because muscle helps burn fat as it eats more calories.

What is your diet like, how many times a day are you eating how far apart? etc?

All I have to say is Peanut Butter Diet by Mr X!!! I stopped drinking alcohol and drink only water except protein shakes (sacrifices!) and it will be 2 weeks tuesday since I started it and 2 weeks from yesterday that I got back into the gym. My main goal is fat loss so the gym visits are more cardio than lifting although I do lift weights as well. I started off at 186lbs and I'm down to 175lbs as of today. I know I have lost muscle along the way although I'm trying to take in enough protein to reduce that but if you want to be ripped IMO you are going to lose some muscle. If you are disciplined enough you should try it.

CrossFit and Zone. You will toss the 30 and be both faster and stronger.

All you need is to decide. No bullshit, no booze, no excuses: no quarter. Kill it or get used to it.
