I want to lose bodyfat. How much calories should I consume? according to Fitday I burn 3572 calories a day. I am 186 cm long and weight about 78 kilo. I have never been overweight only under and normalweight.

I wrote a thread last summer that I wanted to lose fat from my chest. Then I was eating too little calories and I was training too much. Now I´m going on a healthy diet so I can lose fat and gain strenght. My chest is not so big but it´s mostly fat and I have stiff nipples. Two doctors have told me that I don´t have gyno so I just have to train and diet. I have a bottle of rebound xt. I am going to try it when I have lost more bodyfat. Is rebound xt as good as nolva? I bought Rebound because Nolva is only legal in sweden for women with cancer.
