Fat Guy On Juice?

novicebuilder

New member
Strictly hypothetical question here, but say someone was thinking of doing a paperbol / deca stack. Let's assume that this guy is by no means fat, but kinda poochy around the middle. Would it be best for him to flatten that stomach out first or just go for it? He's lost an inch already in 2 weeks, but doesn't want to screw up and get fat. He's on a MWF routine, lifting for around an hour per session.

you say hypothetically speaking but give such great details.. so you tryin to lose the fat first huh buddy? :)

Situps and crunches and jogging, oh my! He's gonna run his ass off all weekend!!! LOL

id have to say it depends on your goals. if your a powerlifter, then BF is not a huge concern, but if you in it to be a body builder, then youll notice the gains much better at a lower BF.

yeah you might compromise your gains by trying to lose the fat later, if you lose it first you will not have as much to worry about

The info they gave me when I got my BF tested at my gym said anything under 18% BF is good...over is bad.

I tend to disagree with some of the people on this board about use of AAS while your a bit overweight. Assuming your healthy (no BP problems, no heart problems, etc.) then go for it. If you run a cycle of test and heavy weight for 8 weeks you should gain somewhere around 10-30 lbs. That additional muscle will raise your basil metabolic rate. Every pound of muscle you add will burn 50-80 calories a day AT REST!!! Simple logic tells you the more muscle you have, the faster you burn calories, the faster you shed your chub.

I have never read any information on this board that proves why you shouldn't use AAS in this situation. If anyone has any studies or evidience I'm always open to new info.
