What would happen if you were to fast for 5-7 days, with nothing but water, and maybe something light postworkout? Obviously you'd lose quite a bit of muscle, but would you lose any fat or water?
The reason I ask, is because, my friends mother did this, before preparing for a comp. She said it helped cleanse her system out (all lemon water) before she started her 15 wk preperation. She lost about 10-12 pounds, but I never saw her, so I don't know if it was fat,muscle, water, or a combo of all 3....like i said, just curious....
