Fasting helps kill hunger?

this is weird. but whenever i go over to my girlfriends house and sleep there i never eat any food (only because they don't have good foods.)

so last night i had a metrx shake at 10pm got home today and had one when i walked in the door at 2pm i am still full from 1 pack of metrx, 1 tablespoon flax, and 1 teaspoon creatine. i'm gonna try to force another one down.

this is weird because when i was on deca/test i couldn't stop eating. 2 months of dnp use on and off and i'm down 22lbs and looking ripped but small and weak

fasting makes me hungry as shit. Whenever i get sick and tired of eating the same old chicken or tuna, i fast for a day and my taste buds are rejuvinated. :D

fasting = catabolism

fasting = you slow down your metabolism

not a good idea :(

You're probably in ketosis from a lack of carbs. That plus a lowered metabolism from fasting equals blunted hunger.

Yup...to echo what's already been said - the reason you might not feel hungry after a pronlonged duration of not eating is because your metabolism is grinding to a stand-still. This is an evolutionary defense mechanism developed by the human body to cope with times of famine and lack of available food sources.

You might think - GREAT! - now I'm using stored kcals for energy - but the downside is that any kcals that you DO consume will be hoarded by your sneaky brain as ADIPOSE tissue (i.e., people will start calling you fatty fatterson). :)

We are miraculous machines - and our bodies will do everything and anything to maintain historical BF% - don't stop eating - it won't work in the long run.
