Fantastic, now with the military having the most powerful fighter plane ever - and the US being the absolute dominant global superpower in terms of military might, maybe you won't need that stupid missile defense system?

I am sure the top brass at the pentagon would rather spend all that money on actual weapons that will actually work rather than a system that won't have a chance of being feasible until next century?

I wasnt aware other countries had bought in apart from us and the USA...we gave money for its research (well the royal navy donated a few pennies)...

I think there was a problem with the JSF being able to VTOL on our carriers, something about it weighing too much or something. lets hope they work it out, the Harrier is f-ing old now even if it is amazing
