EZ Bar Curl Myth?

I made a thread on this the other day but it said forbidden as soon as I tried to click on it lol. I was curling the other day and thought of a question, tried googling it but could not find an answer.

Does using wide/close grip on an EZ bar make a difference?
I read a few things on this the other day. Some said the wider the grip the more work the inner bicep gets and the closer the grip the more work your outside bicep gets. Others said it makes no difference, some said it makes so slight a difference you wouldn' notice.

Will a straight bar work better than an EZ bar?
I read it works the inner and outter bicep more evenly compared to the EZ bar, and also is better for mass.

I always thought the only difference was the grips, EZ bar relieved stress on the wrists.

Also I am doing 10/8/6 for 125/130/135 on EZ bar curl. I have perfect form, elbows locked, back straight, no rocking, controlled movement the whole time. I am not big at all my arms are 16' I am 5'8 160-165lbs. I was thinking something like strength = more weight = more size. My strength is going up faster than the mass what, I hope I am wrong on that. Strength is great and all but I would rather have size, and if I am right than that means I am going to have to curl ridiculous amounts of weight for my biceps to grow more, I am curling 25-30lbs away from my bodyweight and get the occasional pain in forearms, wrists.

Is there anything I can do dfferent so I can add more mass without having to curl near my own bodyweight?
