Extremely Frustrated...Thank you in advance for any ideas.

i am not too concerned about the lack of carbs or veggies though u may want to add High GI carbs for PWO to facilitate growth. this wont be necessary on off days. just make sure u dont do this long term and get plenty of fiber and vitamins through supplements.

the cals seem kinda low and this may explain the large loss in weight. but eventually your metabolism will catch up (this may not be much of a factor considering the aderall and your contemplation of T3 - i say stay away from T3). you should take in a "cheat meal" or two every 4th or 5th day. when i say cheat meal i mean u should enjoy something you like but make sure to include veggies and extra carbs in those meals.

Adderall is a mixture of 4 different amphetamines used for adult ADHD. It is frequently abused as it is probably the most powerful stimulant sold legally, with the exception of Desoxyn which is time released Meth which is only used for narcolepsy I think.

In reguard to supps, the first week of this loss, I was pretty much out of everything due to a temporary budget strain with moving. The last week of it, I've used a multi, fish oil, vitamin E, and Glucoasmine Chondroiton/MSM/Hyaluronic Acid/Aspirin combo for a pissed off knee.

The dosing on the Liqui-T3 is kinda hosed up, its supposed to be 150mcg/ml. Which I dont think it is. In any case I tapered up to a ml a day over a few days, with dosages divided into 3 or 4 times a day. Now I've been taping back down to under 1ml a day, divided in to 2 times daily.

I think there may be some truth to the overtraining notion, especially since I've felt sort of weak and easily fatigued, although I attribute most of that to the rapid weight loss.

I am started changing the 6 day routine in smaller workouts. I was definitely training too many muscle groups at one time and probably too often. I say this because I've notice a loss of strength in the shoulders, especially with the lateral and forward raises. As far as the split, there seem to be as many opinions as there are bodybuilders. It breaks down like this for now

Day 1 Quads
Day 2 Shoulders and Traps
Day 3 Back, Hamstrings, Biceps
Day 4 Chest, Triceps, Calves
Day 5 Cardio Only
Day 6 Repeat
Abs as often as I can
Instead of taking a certain day off every, I leave that unscheduled so that if I need the day off I take it, or if something outrageous happens that can't wait an hour I can take it when I need it.

I took a week off in the middle of this, as its been 12 straight weeks on the previous plan, without more then a few days here and there periodically. Also I increased my running distance too quickly and pissed off my knee by running 20 miles in two days. This allowed the knee to heal up and the body to recover.

Just an update, after ending the T3 cycle I went through a 4 week crash where I didn't loose a single ounce. Learning lesson well learned. I also lost 5 pounds of muscle. So given the time on the T3 and the post-T3 crash, I probably could have lost about the same amount without the T3. I finally got over this plateau with some extremely vigorous HIIT. Since then I have added a Lipo 6 /Aspirin combination that has been very, very effective. Lipo 6 is synephrine (an ephedrine like substance) and caffeine. I also added 325 mg of Aspirin. With this combination and twice a day workouts, (weights AM, cardio PM) I have dropped down to 198 at a bf of 11 to 12%.

Way too high of an asprin dose if you ask me. A baby asprin (81mg I think) is more than enough to get results out of an ECA stack or in this case "lipo 6". There are plenty of legit ECA stack out there that you can still get.

SEN Metabolic Fuel is one I have used with great success.

Keep up the good work, a 4 week crash does not sound fun, did you taper down or just come straight off?

I tapered down over a two week period. I've had thyroid tests done before and I tend to run at the very low end of the normal range anyway, so I suspect that has a little bit to do with the crash. I am contemplating having the thyroid levels checked again sometime soon.

isnt adderall bascially speed?

time released amphetamine variant to stimulate an underactive hypothamus. the idea is it stimulates the part of the brain that releases a chemical that helps you focus.
