Explanation for the end of The Matrix.

The matrix must be a double layered matrix... this is why neo says he "can feel the drones" and also why he is able to stop them- just like he stopped the bullets at the end of the first one.

I dont know if this has been mentioned but I wonder if the Zion world created on top of the matrix world to be a control for those that would not accept the initial matrix; allowing them to express themselves outside the first matrix while tricking them and preventing them from fully awakening ... because ironically, they were in the same position as those in the regular matrix, asleep but convinced that they were experiencing reality.

How does that theory reconcile the fact that Neo is "freed" in the first Matrix movie from the pod he is in by which the machines take his "life fluid" or whatever for survival?

Also what do You think about this- When Neo is leaving the Zion that kid who he has supposedly set "free" runs to him and hands him over a spoon - apparently the same spoon "bent" in the first part of the movie by a small child who then talks to Neo while he is waiting for the oracle. How could that spoon get to Zion, when it was "bent" in the Matrix? The answer:Zion is just a part of the Matrix.
Also, I think that the guy who survived the destruction of the Zion - "uploaded Smith", was only able to do that because , well, Zion is in the Matrix(or its another layer as You said). That was pretty clear when he "escaped" thru the telephone line, just like the "free" humans did .

I can not wait for the last part.

i didnt think it was the same spoon, the one he gave neo in zion was some old dented spoon

why has no-one become aware of the 2nd matrix like they did in the original. almost all the characters were aware the worl they were in was different....why not now?

why is neo unable to percieve zion like he does the matrix? why are his powers different inside the matrix than in zion? in the matrix he got his powers due to an anomaly in the programming of the matrix....why has no-one been able to do the same if he is just a program anomaly outside the matrix? why would machines portraythemselves as captors in zion, if the captors of man were to fake a realitly surely u;d fake the captors?




i have serious doubts as to how zion was able to assemble that amount of technology and infrastructure if it was as the architect said started by 27 people or something. how is it they have sophisticated computer systems....surely not by just scavenging? machines need energy....

i gots a feeling a) agent smith passed something along to neo when he shook his hand and it allowed neo to interface with the computers or b) neo has learnt how to interface with the computers either eith a part of himself in the matrix or part of his anomalous program downloaded into him just like smith downloaded himself out of the matrix

could still be another matrix though....thats what most people are saying

Neo doesn't have special powers out side of the Matrix. The reason those machines got stopped right in front of him was because of the Ship right behind them the fired thier EMP.
