HI,
I've realized that more I exercise the more I look puffier. What is the explanation for this? I do 6 days in row weight training 8-12 rep }+ 3-4 days cardio [3-60min}. Also more weight training I do the more I breakout on my face and also on my shoulders? Is it possible or am I just paranoid?Does this have some connection?

First, you're overtraining by weight training 6 days per week. It looks like you're working out 7 days per week, is that so?. The breaking out is probably due to oil coming from wour skin while you're sweating. Have you changed your diet? If you're looking 'puffier' the more you train, it could be your diet.
Can you post what you eat and drink daily?

What are your goals? How long have you been training?

Six days a week could be overtraining, and as you are showing symptoms of water retention, it indicates that it is related to your adrenal glands.

Your adrenal glands are really huge neural nodes on top of your kidneys, the inner medulla is innervated and directly releases epinephrine and norepinephrine.

The outer cortex has several layers that deals with water and salt balance (mineralcorticoids), and glucose balance/stress, the glucocorticoids, cortisol being the most important.

The inner most layer has the pathway for sex steroid synthesis.

What we think of as psychological stress is not what the body thinks of as stress. Stress is anything that throws the body out of homeostasis. It could be being too hot, too cold, hungry, too full, and of course exercising.

It could be overtraining as Thandie and Tatyana suggested, but if you don't feel tired or with signs of overtraining... you can try replacing the milk products you are consuming for something else... at least for the last meal.
