muskate High End Bro Platinum Jan 20, 2018 #5 I recommend doing 20 minutes of HARD cardio a couple days per week for skinny guys to get their appetite going. It really helps. The key is to not make it a marathon long cardio session so you don't burn a ton of calories. 20 minutes, 30 minutes tops.
