I posted a pic of me doing them on page 3. any ways, my point is, who cares if they are inconsistant? i dont care if i get weaker or stronger as long as i keep growing.
I like looking good but if I'm not getting stronger I have to change what I'm doing. Of course their are those plateaus but hell I couldn't get motivated to workout if I was getting weaker.
BTW - I'm not saying you're wrong for feeling that way just pointing out how different things motivate different people.
As far as the squat press goes I wasn't bashing you for that either just saying you may get more on some machines and less on others.
I'm finally strong enough to pick up my brother and put him in the car so we could move him for Christmas dinner with the family. That's when I felt the strongest in my life.
I'm now 233 and pressed 325 on flat and at the very end of my cycle pressed 315 incline. I usually curl 50's but I've always thought my arms were weak.
