HBG - I know where you are coming from, you get in the gogogo or else I get fat mode and can't stop. I use to be a victim of overtraining, after collapsing a couple times from 2 hrs am and 2 hrs pm 6 days a week w/60g of carbs a day was a little drastic now I havve just the opposite problem. I'm using skipping cardio as an excuse to not "overtrain"!!! Once you get in that mode where your mind is stronger then your body it's like a high!
And to W6..." Adjust your total calorie intake to meet your needs and keep the protein high" I guess that's where your expertise is valued! It's a never ending guessing game! I can't tell what works and what doesn't!!! How do you get that "eye'?
