well it looks like i have been overtraining,i know im going to get yelled at for this one,,,,,,,,,,but i have been working out 7days a week for a very very long time,,,,,,iknow its all in my head,, i know i need to take days off and rest,, but i just cant do it,,, i try and i try but i always end up going to the gym,, Sundays are the only days i do JUST cardio,,,,,,,,i dont know what to do,, i have been trying to eat more,,,hahah maybe i should be going to a shrink instead of the gym,hahahh
