its worth adding low dose ai like aromasin imo
but why have you not posted your TRT log for us? we have been waiting to see your diet and training on self TRT and nothing

It’s a bit high of a dose for TRT
Test is 1500 and estrogen at top of range. In my opinion it’s a cycle of sort. I wouldn’t stay at these levels on a regular basis.
I got a lump in my chest at those levels.
Not gyno but now I have to control it to keep lump down in size. Dr I had at that time said no big deal your estrogen is in range. So I switched dr after getting a non cancerous lump.
Don’t learn the hard way in my opinion.

I always use an AI
if you are just on trt right now, your test is too high.. .you want it in the 60-700 range.. its too high... you are right where you should be base don your dose if you are doing 250 per week.. thats NOT a trt dose, thats a cycle dose... your estrogen is not insanely high but its definitely too high and needs to come down more... you definitely need an ai here

If this is a cycle then yes, add in some aromasin 10mg EOD or every 3 days to get it down. If this is TRT, you just need to adjust your dose. TRT should never require an AI. I would cut your test dose in half.
You should log this cycle......
Is this a trt dose or a low dose blast? But yes you need an AI
