4 400m dash New member Apr 10, 2002 #12 my $0.02 i started my 3rd week of 1-ad & androspray so far stregnth gains on every lift up about 7lbs and looking more vascular just in case u wanted to know

u4ik_RAGE New member Apr 10, 2002 #13 Thanks for the input 400m. I've heard over and over that the 1-AD works but my question was on the ethergels by Moleculer. These are new and are supposedly better than the 1-AD because they are in an oil base.
