Elbow joint pain - what to do?

Told you to break out that insurance and start using it. Thats what you pay for. Shit I go goto the chirpractor every day for a nice massage and adjustmnets once a week to keep things in line. Its nice having best freind being a chiropractor :). Ps i must have really killed your freind training her. Is she still MIA LOL ANy way I hope you learned a little bit while I was down there and may be you can get that edge back. PS I told you about lockhead martin maretta is hiring like crazy up here may want to check into it !!

Physical therapists are a joke, wont help u at all.

Since HS on an off I have had elbow pain, finally went to see an ART specialist with some deep tissue massage and special tools to literally scrape the scar tissue (painful), i finally can train triceps and biceps again with no pain at all, even taking the bar off the bench to do bench press would KILL my elbows, not any more... I used to get pain just brushing my teeth. ART is unreal, my guy is great, we routinely laugh about how little orthopedists and physical therapist's and even trainers know about the body. Sadly its true but most Dr’s are clueless and all they want to do is cut you open and do more damage in the long run. My guy has worked on Milos Sarcev.

He is also working on my carpel tunnel and bad shoulders, all of which have improved dramatically. I have sent almost 10 people to him with problems ranging from a girl who had a car accident to a woman with MS, the girl who had the car accident was all banged up, even her moronic neurologist couldn’t help her, my ART guy has helped her and she actually gets threw the day w/o crying from the pain she has or had.

Look for a local ART guy who can help you.

Also look into prolotherapy.
 
What dose are you taking the MSM at?? I found it only to be effective if I took large doses... (im 220 lbs) and I take 3 1000mg capsules twice a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night) and within 3 days of this dosing schedule my joint pain was down about 85%... I love the stuff.. make sure you are taking in a enough of it... also the only other thing I can think of to try is to up your water intake..................

I do Orthopaedics for a living as a Physician Assistant. If you want, PM me and let me know where you live and I might be able to refer you to somebody that is good. The choice is yours.
 
fantom -- yep I load serious MSM. A friend who is a former army boxer & natty bb for the last 10 years - she's got some serious meat on her but has shitty knees. Her solution is to buy MSM powder by the pound from a horse supply place. It has helped, but the wrist pain pops up repeated since the little overtraining experience mentioned above.
