When I started working out, 25 years ago, our coaches told us to drink 4 raw eggs in a glass of milk after each workout. I doubt they had any reasoning behind it. HAHA
I tend to drink them with protein powder as I really don't enjoy the taste of cooked egg whites. I used to cook up egg white omelettes but the taste got pretty boring quite quickly!

I eat 30 egg whites a day... I cook mine with a scoop of peanut butter crunch whey, small amounts of peanut butter and on one meal i cover them in oatmeal and i cant get enough of it
Actually the protein content in raw eggs is much less than cooked. Cooking creates a chemical reaction that makes the protein content much more bio available. We had a thread a bout this a couple months back
