Eating before/after sessions

Race23

So this morning I ate some chicken noodle soup at 6 and started lifting at 6:30. Around 7:05 i was feeling uterally shit and ended up puking up all my breakfast. The feeling was completely horrible and to avoid that again, I want to know what you guys eat so you dont throw up like that.
Here's my background up to that point. I had previously done 3 weeks of enjoying summer vacation(no exercise the gym was closed) and during that lifting session I only did
3x5 115lb bench
70lb overhead press
70lb curls
Point is that I didn't even have a rigourous workout but still threw up and felt like shit.
So....

I workout in the early evening, but several years ago I worked out in the early morning and typically all I would have was a glass of juice to get some carbs to the brain.

Never had an issue with a workout so long as I ate a good meal before bed.

I would add that I usually eat a snack that many would consider a meal right before bed so if you eat dinner like 2-4 hours before bed and don't have a hearty snack/small meal you might not have enough in your system when you wake up.

I had some great workouts in the morning. They always woke my ass up for the day like coffee never could. Now I'm just too lazy to get up to do them first thing lol.

If you are having this problem keep your meal solid my bro. Oatmeail mixed with some vanilla protein powder and a scoop of all natural peanut butter taste the bomb and will get you going for the day. A better protein bar will also do the trick as its got just about the same damn thing in it only more. Its about 420 cals in one bar and perfect for pre work out.

Better Protein Bars

Yeah wtf i wake up an hour early put a banana, cup of oatmeal, milk and protein powder in the blender, chug it, go back to sleep for an hour then as soon as i wake up chug my preworkout drink and head out... its all about the timing!
