Have breakfast when you get up, lunch at noon and supper after you get home from work. Have a snack between meals and before bed. Other than that you just worry about pre and post sancks. These will normally line up with one or 2 of the above anyway. In my case breakfast is my pre-workout snack and my mid morning snack is my post workout snack.
For the snacks keept it simple. A peice of fruit and a protein shake, or a small chicken salad. Have them prepared ahead of time so you see it on your desk saying "eat me".
The worst thing is forgetting your snack and going to the vending machine for a chocolate bar or a bag of chips.
You have to make it a habit. Write it down on your day-timer or set alarms in your Outlook calendar if it helps.
