I eat between 3700-4000cals a day. 310gPro, 425gCarbs and 85gFat. I have been doing this for a month and am leaner now than I was when I was eating 2500 cals.
I try to eat below 2000 calories each day and consume about 200-220 grams of protein. I currently weigh 217lbs. I'm 5'5 and have a body fat percentage of I don't know. But I'm pretty fat though.
Ok, I am 63 inches small and weigh around 50kg (110 lbs) . I eat around 3400 kcal a day while at least getting 150g of protein. Of course, if one eats 3400 kcal, it is impossible to get less than that, so typically, I consume around 250g.
