Im at like 4000cals a day.....

BREAKFAST 10:00AM
One packet of OATMEAL
5Large Eggs(yolk only)

MID MORNING SNACK 12:00pm
Protein shake- 8oz milk/5egg whites/2spoonfuls of Peanut Butter/1spoonful of olive oil/1Banana/1spoonful of strawberry syrup(for taste)

PRE/PRE WORKOUT 2:00PM
2large baked potatoes
8oz pasta
1cup of brocolli

PRE WORKOUT 3:30PM
NO-EXPLODE

WORKOUT 4PM-5PM

POST/POST WORKOUT 5:00PM
SYNTHA-6 PROTEIN SHAKE

POST WORKOUT 6:00pm
1can tuna
2slices bread
2cups of brown rice
2large boneless chicken

NIGHT MEAL 8:00PM
5Large eggs
2slices of bread

NIGHT SNACK 10:00PM
4slices of bread
2spoonfuls of peanutbutter
2spoons of grape jelly

BEFORE BED 11:59PM
Handful of green grapes

Most vitamin complexes are very similar. I haven't found much difference between them.
 
Yes sir if I could eat sushi all day everyday around 3000 kcal I'd be set, I think everyone here would be!

There is/was an article in Mens Journal about 3-4 months ago referancing a leading scientist putting his reputation on the line that humans do not need carbs at all...period no carbs. That they are bad for you and the only thing we need is protein. Was intresting to me mainly because of what he had to loose by writing his book.
 
I have just recently been keeping track of what I'm eating, thanks to some Bro's from another thread. It has helped alot as far as you can see what you are or are not taking in. Although I have a long way to go from the looks of some of you with the 4000-5000 cal/dy intake. (Man thats alot of food). Im just a measly 135-140lb Hardgainer, sometimes struggling to get 2600cals and just over 200g of protein/dy. But even at that I am starting to see inprovements. So give me time and one of these days you never know. (Like that little train used to say "I think I can, I think I can")
