In recent times i have starting training my body to (go) (use the bathroom) on a more frequent basis. I used to use the bathroom once every 1-2 days, now i go 2-3 times PER DAY. I was under the assumption that the more you go, the faster your metabolizim works and processes what you have in your system. But this is strictly an assumption i made. Can anyone confirm this? Or am i just being inconvenienced for no good reason.
