Hi fellas!! Just letting everyone know, i was close to throwing in the towel!! My health wasnt real good, i was weighing around 260, my heart rate was 100+ blood pressure, 165/90..and i got out of breath just slowly walking....I got a little worried, so i decided to diet, added in some cardio, and was doing bb type training, nobody kill me for useing the bb word, i was still going heavy, well, today i weighed 251, tried my strength a little, and ill be damned, i didnt lose anything!!!! Im just going to drop to 242!! What i did was actually started eating more, but cleaner! And added in 30 minutes of cardio, 4 days a week..didnt hurt my strength at all, my heart rate is back down to 65..bp was 110/65!! and still strong!! And the ol' abs are back!!! WOO_HOO...i cant give up the powerlifting...im like a fish out of water with out it!! Hey PLJAY..we can battle it out at 242 bro!!!
