Ha ha, I know man..it is dangerous if you just start eating. They should just supply anyone with anorexia a big bag of weed.
 
Don't get drunk. Your body stops metabolizing fats/proteins/carbs and focuses all it's efforts on metabolizing the alcohol.

Alcohol is a poison and your body's first goal when presented with alcohol is to rid of it as fast as possible.
 
not to sound like a hommo but whil i was out for 2 yrz i went from 90 kg 6 percent bf to 50 kg kz of weed i wudn recomend it but if u trainin foe fun then go for it man
 
there is a lot of negative advice here. alcohol and marijuana are both counter productive to any physical inhancement. they both rob you of energy and motivation for the basics. what does smoking pot do to your lungs? how does that effect cardio or any other strenous activity? it does relax you. it even keeps you relaxed when you shouldnt be. like when your heart needs to speed up it doesnt or at least not as much as it should. what does alcohol do for hydration? liver? blood? its all bad. as people who put a constant hard strain on our bodies to acheive our physical goals it seams rediculous to do either of these things.
 
i honestly think having a couple drinks 1-2 times a week isnt going to do much in the way of affecting your gains/motivation...i have 3-4 drinks every once and a while and im sure to drink TONS of water while im doing this..i wake up the next morning do cardio, bang out a huge workout no problem...i dont know, everyone is different , i like to look good but also enjoy life and cutting lose once in a while....i for one wont be the type who sits in the house every night bored as hell, but to each his own.

your right...but letting lose and enjoying being out showing off all the hard work you do is fun!! lol
