Doing research on Clen.

No, you need the aspirin. It wouldn't be an ECA stack without it :)

I don't know how much OTC Ephedrine cost but you can get some decent 10 or 25mg pills out of the country... 20-25mg pills cost me roughly $24...

I don't buy anything off websites... at least not public ones. If you're serious I can probably pull some strings but it would be a few weeks out.

Where is a good place to get ephedrine? What internet site is the best for buying it?

I believe someone listed above that you could get it a Walgreens (or whatever your neighborhood pharmacy may be)

If you are gonna order it though, I would check some of the site sponsors here first as they probably have it! ;)

Just stopped at Target pharmacy and they told me I have to have a prescription for ephedrine. State law. So that's now out of the question. Only other option is asking people that know people that know people. Or finding a legit site online and ordering it.

Hmph.....

What about this stuff called "Yellow Bullet"? It has caffeine and ephedrine in it. Would that work or do I need actual ephedrine tablets and caffeine tablets seperately?

There ARE ECA stacks you can buy but I DO think you will benefit from your own... you will know the actual dosing and are sure you're getting what they say you're getting. The internet is a wonderful place to get good stuff but EVERYONE knows that and alot of stuff is just a scam and for less money you can build your own stack, a better stack.... one that you can tweak to suit your body.

OK look at it this way... the FDA has been cracking down on supplements hard core.... (ref: all of the weight loss recalls in the last year that had an Rx ingredient undeclared)... because there is little control over basic dietary supplements if a company sells something that they declare Ephedra in.... and it's tested and doesn't contain Ephedra.... that's not the FDA's issue.... that's the FCC's issue... so it becomes an FCC problem and those are WAY backlogged. The product will not be pulled off the market for declaring something it doesn't have (as a supplement, unless it's a mineral...as a list of minerals are heavily regulated and if they are sub/super potent will be an issue... ie: iron, etc...).... only when it has something that it's not supposed to have.... and doesn't declare...

Alot of stores/pharmacies do carry epehdrine but they're going to be small quantities... like 2 pills by checkout (very common at gas stations)... for $4.00..... I am SURE someone on the board, a sponsor has epehdrine... there's got to be.... if not... there are options. but you need to order your caffeine too...

Yeah, I see what you mean. I know everyone goes to the internet to find something they need that stores don't have. I bought 200mg caffeine pills from the grocery store along with the baby aspirin. My bf was wanting to know if yellowbullet would be good but I kept telling him that i'd rather have it all seperate and know what i'm getting and know that if its not working, then I need to change something around. I just thought i'd ask about that because he kept bugging me about it. But I definitely know what you mean and I really want it all seperately for that exact reason.

Hi there, I am new and looking to really get serious about my fitness! I have always been into working out...and usually am at the gym 5-6x a week (sometimes 2x a day). I am an equestrian rider and ride 3-4x/week ontop of my workouts. I also have a decent diet - except the occasional dinner out where I try my best to pick the healthier options (sometimes its portion size that I fail at) and I like my wine but am trying to cut it out completely. I take tons of supplements and vitamins (omega 3-6-9, cran, probiotic, D, E, multi with minerals, Veg greens, Green Tea Matcha, BCAA, Protein, Creatine, L-car, Calcium, CLA, Q-10: obviously not all at once but in combo's throughout the day).

My PT has recently suggested Clen and T3 which I started 3 days ago. Yes I have an elevated heart rate but I find no more than any stimulant causes but the shakes are pretty annoying - especially while working out (squats and anything where you are holding a pose like in yoga!). But I have seen great results accomplished by friends and will try to stick this out.

My question is about T3 and Clen's effect on other supplements and vitamins...do they take away from their effectiveness? Should they be taken apart from one another? I can't find much information about this.
