Hi there, I am new and looking to really get serious about my fitness! I have always been into working out...and usually am at the gym 5-6x a week (sometimes 2x a day). I am an equestrian rider and ride 3-4x/week ontop of my workouts. I also have a decent diet - except the occasional dinner out where I try my best to pick the healthier options (sometimes its portion size that I fail at) and I like my wine but am trying to cut it out completely. I take tons of supplements and vitamins (omega 3-6-9, cran, probiotic, D, E, multi with minerals, Veg greens, Green Tea Matcha, BCAA, Protein, Creatine, L-car, Calcium, CLA, Q-10: obviously not all at once but in combo's throughout the day).
My PT has recently suggested Clen and T3 which I started 3 days ago. Yes I have an elevated heart rate but I find no more than any stimulant causes but the shakes are pretty annoying - especially while working out (squats and anything where you are holding a pose like in yoga!). But I have seen great results accomplished by friends and will try to stick this out.
My question is about T3 and Clen's effect on other supplements and vitamins...do they take away from their effectiveness? Should they be taken apart from one another? I can't find much information about this.
