ouch, talk about being sore this morning. I decided to do deadlifts yesterday with my regular leg workout. I think doing 5 sets of barbell squats, 4 sets of barbell front squats, and 5 sets of deads really tore the crap out of my body. Anyone else do deads with their leg workout? I think i might break up the two so i won't feel totally dead the next day.
