Does this guys deadlift form make your back ache?

I see worse form than that on my gym on a regular basis. And that's from the "trainers".

I don't understand why people insist on doing these lifts and other Olympic lifts if they can't do them correctly. Step 1: don't lift with your ego, Step 2: Use correct form.
 
wonder why he couldnt pull that with the weight 8" out infront of him lol. yeah ive seen much worse form, alot of great deadlifters pull like that believe it or not. he may have had a chance if the bar was at his shins, no leverage where he had it
 
He just wasn't strong enough to pull it. None of it looked too bad.

I am guessing he has never had someone show him the correct way to deadlift. He would have had a much better chance at making the lift if he had a half decent starting position.


On a side note, I am so glad my gym doesn't have those gay plates that don't roll. Sure they look all fancy, but they suck ass for deadlift, rows etc.
