does eating all this food get easier...?

i need to find something else to go with the last meal...

are there any fruits that have a high fat and protien content, but no or low carbs...?

aren't avocados, high in fat...? i need something else other than these walnuts... i could do some string cheese, but that shit doesn't wow me either...

is there anything SWEET tasting i could add in here...? :(

oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda = GOOD

*edit*

nvm i read the high protein content thing, well you can always add a scoop of whey protein into it.

I do not have a big apitite to begin with and when I was trying to get 4000cals a day in over 6 meals i felt full ALL the time. It was hard at first to get it down. Within 2 weeks I started becoming hungrey all the time no matter how much I ate. It will get easier then it will get hard not to eat EVERYTHING.

i wouldn't classify it as "bulking", more of eating to gain muscle mass... I'm not trying to add any fat mass during this trial...
i want to have just enough surplus to support growth, but not an over surplus to be stored as fat...

Gotcha... nice. You look like an endo/meso... I think i'm an endo/meso too, I hear you about the fat storage if so.

So eating very cleanly slightly above maintance calories is what you're going for.... I hope this workouts out for ya! Cuz i'll do the same when i'm ready to bulk again :)

Not only does it get easier but i feel like since i started buling late last summer throughout the entire year i feel like i now need 5-6 meals a day period no matter what it is just to feel normal or to combat hunger pains. I started at 175 or so dropped down to 163 and now sit at 180 and feel weak and sick at anything below this weight. All meals are clean no soda and minimal carbs.

well, i'm not feeling as full throughout the day, but that last meal is still kicking my ass... 8oz lean ground beef, with 1 serving of sugar snap peas with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, and a 1/4 cup of walnuts...

so i've decided to drop to one 4 oz burger, and add 8.5oz of a Muscle Milk... we'll see how this works out...

the walnuts are like chewing on cardboard... :(

i don't think i could stand choking down 2 Tbsp of it...

but i do have some at home... maybe i'll give that a try... good fats in there too...

thanks for the suggestion... i totally forgot about it...
