Do you put fat back on in the same places you took it off?

hmm... re comments on test levels..

Actually, re test levels and depression - I take antidepressants every morning and evening. That way I do not suffer from depression. Prior to this I was depressed (as in suicidally) my whole life, from the age of 9 or so. Interspersed with manic bits. Not kidding. Life without depression now is fun though!

And yes, I do have big boobs and a beergut with stick legs without exercise.... Still have the beergut and boobs, legs are looking better.

Plus, I am an EXCELLENT map reader. And I enjoy, and am good at, DIY. And I like playing cards, and working out, and watching sports on tv :). Luckily there is no excess body hair or deep voice though, apart from the faint moustache that never leaves my upper lip.... nope, no meditteranean blood in there either.

I seem to recall reading a study even on children that boys with higher test levels showed classically 'better' behavior patterns than lower test levels. In some psych journal. Will look for it tomorrow.

IIRC, it stated that the most troublesome boys had low test levels, and were compensating for feelings of depression by abusing others in an attempt to demonstrate dominance.

On a personal note, I seem to recall kids like this getting beat up a lot in school.

I seem to recall this is true for males in much of the animal kingdom, though often being "top dog" leads to an increase in T that is lost when that male loses his high placing. It's kinda a chicken and egg question as to whether they are top dog (and better behaved) BECAUSE they have naturally high test levels, or if it's their position of dominance that leads to increased test and better behaviour. Whatever the case, the alpha males tend to fight as little as possible and also have higher test.

There's one I work with right now that I'd love to beat up!

It's clear that in men AND women that what you really want is OPTIMAL hormone levels. Too much or too little of anything is not optimal and will likely lead to less than ideal mental and physical health!

BTW SteelWeaver, the occurrence of PCOS is estimated to be as high as 5% in western societies. Obesity, diets high in refined carbs and general excess calories are prolly to blame as much as anything else......though there are other predisposing factors.

Does girls' test increase when they get into a position of leadership?

Are all those things that circusgirl said about having test true? Like extra aggression, enjoying competitive sports, DIY, moustache? I thought those were just social stereotypes. Can one assume that the girlie girl who stays home and cooks and sews and plays with dolls or babies or whatever has low test?

Do girls who grow up surrounded by lots of boys and have all those "classic tom-boy" symptoms have high test, or have they just been socialised a certain way? Or can the socialisation only be successful if the hormone levels are right for that type of socialisation? I don't suppose there are answers to these questions, really - nature/nurture ... and then there are genes.

If I go for a test test what do I ask for? "Hey doc, gimme the hormone smear"??

personal experience..

I have NEVER held weight on my stomach, and now that is where the water wants to go... very strange.. my legs are still cut to shit, but my lower abs are holding water... usually it would be the ass/thighs that would take it first, but the distribution seems to have changed a bit.. I still haven't really put on any *fat* but what has come back is definately not where it usually would.

Thats bc of the increase in your test levels. More of a male problem area, compared to the usual ass/thighs as women have it. That is the area I was worried about too bc I never used to carry anything in my lower abs and this contest prep it was weird bc my legs were leaning out faster and lower abs were still a bit fat.... :( Its better now but just took 2 hrs of freakin cardio every day to do it!!!

Very normal response to test or most AAS in women. There is fat redistribution to a male pattern. While it may have taken 2 hrs a day of cardio to get rid of it, at least you can get rid of it. In many natural women, the gluteal-femoral fat never goes away even when the upper body is emaciated.

Also remember that the fat pattern depends on the AAS used. Test will promote a central fat patterning while oxandrolone will reduce it, at least in men.

I'd be curious to know if any of you that have used OX by itself have found it easier to lose both gluteal-femoral AND abdominal fat; or if anyone has used just OX post-contest and have not had an increase in predominantly abdominal fat.

Any experience with this IQ or Diesl?

I hadn't used OX before this contest prep but I am throwing some in right now... started it at about 5 weeks out I think. Using IP, so how much I'm actually getting is unknown lol, but taking in 20mgs per day along w/ 25mgs winny ed (orally)... but have some nolvadex and t3 included in this too. So could have been a number of things.

I know Diesl has some experience with this though...

ive never carried alot of fat on my midsection; most of my fat is on my thighs upper arms. which leads me to believe i tend to hold estrogenic fat patterns. oh well, i like having abs year round, lol.

For the record, I enjoy sewing and needlecrafts too :-).
The DIY etc is more social conditioning I think - a lot of my sewing skills are what make me good at DIY. I also know a few guys who are excellent tailors.

But I am more aggressive and dominant in the social sense than the average girl - a lot like my guy friends... I wonder if that is due to increased test levels...
