I want to powerlift, and right now i'm researching this westside-barbell training, while taking some rest from lifting. One of my questions is: do I absolutely have to use chains and bands, or can I just workout having two speed days and two ME days, and still make progress?
I will be working out in a gym, not at home, so i can't use chains/bands.
