Do you guys train your body parts once or twice a week?

I train each bodypart every 6 days. Any more often and I'm still sore from the previous workout...
 
once a week only for me...i used to do more in the begining then grew and was to sore and overtraining..so went to once a week and never looked back..its really a no brainer when u sit down and think...less is more..good luck:D
 
Once a week for me too, i think it would be a good idea to give a lagging bodypart an extra workout a week if on a bulking cycle what does everyone else think?
 
I have been doing 2x a week for awhile now. About to drop it down and go back to the old routine. It is getting old and starting to seem counter-productive. Although I think when juicing I can handle 2x a week, recouperation is much faster.
 
Once, pretty much, here. Yes, I'll do "extra" work like doing traps on a separate day sometimes, or doing extra hamstring work just because I feel like it, but generally speaking the major back, chest and leg workouts kick my ass really bad no matter what I'm taking.

Recovery is little-understood by many athletes; obviously training for sports may involve higher volumes, daily workouts (swimming, running, skating, rowing), etc.

But ya can't exactly do that with squats, now can you?
