do me a favor. diagnose me

Yeah, (IMO) I think it sounds like toxin buildup. If you want to try some natural remedies, how about dry skin brushing (and facial massaging), with special emphasis on the lympatic areas...and in combination with some oil pulling? With the facial massage, especially under eyes, chin, temple areas, it seems to release some nasty gunk and it comes out your ears. lol-ew :)

wow. the oil swishing thing looks really gross.

lol It is, but it seems to help alot of people (based on anecdotal reports). I tried it, and it's a hard go at the suggested 20 minutes, so I'm just working up to that. The skin brushing, I feel, really helps with an overall rejuvenation. :)

have you felt anything different from the oil thing?

lol she doesnt like physicians
Dislike is probably too kind a word. I dislike dogshit on my yard but I don't have any particularly visceral feelings about it.

By my count, doctors have come close to killing me at least three times, and dangerously misdiagnosed me or a loved one twice that many times. In addition, I am deeply offended by the patronizing and disrespectful way in which the vast majority of them treat the very public they are, supposedly, trying to help.

Keep an eye on your temperature, if it goes up or down, even a degree or two, then you might be fighting an infection; again, it could be a virus, it could be a detox, it could be seasonal allergies ... I get ovarian pain every month mid cycle, and my skin breaks out, too, so you might just be ovulating.

For the lymph nodes and the tickly throat (and to promote additional detox) you could pick up a natural body brush and do dry skin body brushing once or twice a day, it'll get the lymphatic fluid moving. I like this article for describing the technique:

Dry Skin Brushing

I don't feel like going to the doc. just tell me what's wrong. i trust you.

my symptoms:
  • today i've had intermittent pain in my left ovary area.
  • last week the lymph node under my chin was sore. This week there's a lymph node near the back of my head/neck that's sore.
  • My skin has broken out a little. nothing bad, but not great either.
  • I have a mild tickle in my throat (this could be due to my blood pressure meds, since the doc said it's a side effect).

Go.

Would have to see pictures of your bewbies to give a proper diagnosis.

Hard to say in specifics because I've been doing the skin brushing and other alternative applications, but at the very least, it seems to have made my teeth brighter! I think the therapies, in combination, have drawn out some nasties though.

yep........it's a "take two of this or that and shut the fuck up, I've got a 2'oclock tee time"...

Not all of em, but it's shocking how many of em actually hold up to that stereotype. Men just want to be doctors nowadays for the money and prestige..........they've forgotten that they're "healers" first. They become doctors not because it's a life calling to heal people, but because when it came time to decide a carreer path there was a sharp demand for doctors. In the end they're just businessmen........supply and demand.
