do me a favor. diagnose me

you need to look at what's creating that craving. And maybe look at the type of salt you're using. I remember reading that now they beleive that "natural salt", that hasn't been processed....or something to that regard........isn't bad for you. But I imagine anything "in excess" is going to be bad for you in some way. Wouldn't you rather cut down on salt than have to rely on meds for the rest of your life?

And I read about norvasc, "fluttery or throbbing heart palpitations"??? No fucking thank you. If that starts happening to you seriously cut this shit out. I've experienced that and I can tell you it will fuck with your head like you don't even know.

So stop clogging your fuel lines babe. :stilleto:

:)
so far, my heart is okay, but thank you.
i don't really use a ton of salt, but i don't think i could eliminate it either.
i do use the natural salts- kosher and sea salt. I like it much better anyway.

Sounds like you have a virus of some sort. Your bidy is trying to filter it out. The pain in your ovary maybe be kidney pain radiating to that area. Does your lower back hurt? Drink some fluids and if it doesnt get better in a few days go and see your MD

well... i realized that i haven't been drinking much of anything other than coffee for the last few weeks... So today (since i'm working from home) i'm going back to drinking a gallon of water today. that's my goal. I could use the "flush" anyway.

i don't think it's kidney, and my back doesn't hurt. My ovary still hurts a little- its a sharp pain, but not really bad. So does my lymph node on my head.

tomorrow, if it's not better, i'll go to the doc.

How come you didnt ask her how quickly these symptoms appeared, how bad they are (use a 1-10 scale), if anything seems to aggravate/alleviate them, how long she's been on the bp meds (as well as all other meds), if she has ever noticed any symptoms directly related to missing a dose, what doses she's taking, obtain a complete family history, a social history to find out if she's using any other chemicals/drugs that can induce hypertension etc????????

If you want to play doctor, let's try and do it right.

...
ROFLMFAO!!! x100 :lmao:

Oh pleezus jeezus, would you please stop being such a snob. Just get off your damned high horse and wait until you get the out of medical school because if you think that's what a practicing physician does whenever they see a sick person you're out of your mind.

I fail to understand how you can be involved with someone like Smurf who seems to be one hell of a hard hitting straight shooter, and still manage to have a head the size of Everest.

I've been working for you people since you were in middle school. The average doctor spends less than 5 minutes on the combined HPI/ROS/PMH, MAX, and that's being damned generous.

Back to Stilleto, here's the important question: A) Are you running a fever, even low grade; B) How's your pee, smell funky? Look alright, not cloudy?

Viruses are damned funny things (considering I just got over viral meningitis, damned funny things and not funny ha-ha) Pat's right in that department, but swollen lymph nodes generally mean infection and I'd wondering about a UTI with a swollen groin lymph node and ovarian pain.

Although I have to say, I've been putting together a basic ROS for myself and you've just saved me a darned pesky bit of internet searching, thanks dearie.

no fever, no extra tiredness at all.
i think my pee is fine, although i'm about to get out of bed for the first time today so i'll let you know. :)

Quit talking to puddle monkey his disease is so contagious u can get it by k message

Yeah, (IMO) I think it sounds like toxin buildup. If you want to try some natural remedies, how about dry skin brushing (and facial massaging), with special emphasis on the lympatic areas...and in combination with some oil pulling? With the facial massage, especially under eyes, chin, temple areas, it seems to release some nasty gunk and it comes out your ears. lol-ew :)
