I remember when i was in high school in my teens when i use to eat just about anything i want, and still not get fat or gain weight. Which leads me now to believe that i may not need to eat clean to lose fat. I may just need to do some cardio and take a good thermogenic every day. I am too afraid of dieting as i am afraid of losing precious muscle. So does anybody agree that i don't need to diet to lose fat?
