They dont hurt but under my left nipple a noticed a hard but small c shape and i feel like i have large breast, i use to be fat but lost the weight and the man boobs stayed.

Agree with kravmaga02: you should see a doctor to rule out anything else it might be beyond a cosmetic issue. Lumps or firm masses in the breasts should always be checked just in case. Don't know if you've heard about Smartlipo, but it works nicely for men who used to be overweight and have some loose skin and fat deposits leftover in the breasts. It removes the fat and tightens skin. Get that C-shaped firm breast lump checked out. If you're in New York, I'd be happy to have you come in.
