I have been noticing after i eat a high carb meal (were talking a shitload of rice or paste, probably over a pound) do you guys get hot as hell or even sweat sometimes? I just ate a ton of rice, pasta, chicken and burgers and im on fire!!!

the only time that ever happens to me and its not often is when i spike my insulin as soon as i finish my w/o.

When i eat large amounts of carbs, i definitely sweat, like 3-4 cups of brown rice or 8oz(dry) whole wheat pasta. i think its eating alot of food in general, not just carbs. like if you eat 2 pounds of steak, im pretty sure youll sweat. its like eating and cardio at the same time, lol.

Interesting, its brolore that eating a lot of carbs in the evening is what creates those heavy sheet soaking night sweats when on tren.

Damn I hope you're bulking or that was your cheat meal. Shit that's a lot of food.

not a cheat meal. trying to bulk. imagine eating that then eating that much food again 2 1/2 - 3 hours later. it was easy at first coming from a cutting diet, but after a month, it get hard.

you realize 1 cup of brown rice has 215 calories and 45 grams of carbs. eating 3 to 4 in one meal will not make for a good, clean bulk. it will add a good amount of fat. just a heads up. 50 to 70grams in one sitting can cause spillover. 135 to 180 grams in one meal is way overboard. this advice is only good if you want to gain quality over quantity. if all you care about is the weight on the scale and not the bf on the body, ignore it.

what kind of brown rice are you using? cause if its 215 cals and 45 grams of carbs, i gotta get me some. i use success 10 minute boil-in-the-bag brown rice. it has 150cals per cup and 33 grams of carbs. and it has 1 gram of fat per cup so i dont know where you're coming at by saying rice has a good amount of fat in it. not insulting you, just curious as to where you are getting your info bro.
