So I'm in an odd spot. I need to lose a single fucking inch off my waist. Fast. I'm coming off cycle so I'm really at risk of losing muscle, so I'm real careful with my diet. One damn inch, that's it. Don't ask why, it's a military thing, a certain branch now incorporates a waist measurement into a fitness test. In order to have a perfect score I need to lose one fuckin inch. It's total bullshit, but I'm not going to not get a perfect fitness score by missing the mark by my damn waist being one inch to big. So has anyone tried a body wrap? Could I drop an inch that way for a day or two? I don't have much fat around my midsection, so I don't know how much water I'm holding there. I've got about a week or so.
