I actually tried to find literature to no avail. Actually this info was basically taken from Justin Harris, but I could not find the original link. It might be on the trueprotein.com forums, but they are not running at the moment.
The way you mix it is ultimately up to you, but I do feel keeping the WMS at 75% of the mixture of BCCA/Creatine/GLute/etc is best. As far as the solution of water one should do what works best for them.
