20% is a bit for DNP. It's not too hard to drop weight at 20%. It will get harder at lower %s which is where most people use DNP.
You could probably get to 15% just by cleaning up your diet a bit and lowering the amount you eat.
After that you could add in a hardcore diet to get lower ( maybe the ANPB diet? or a good ckd) . when that stalls add cardio.
Lower cals as your weight goes down.
at this point after you top , if you really want, add dnp.
