DNP, Diet, and muscle loss...

I am currently 250 pounds, around 20% BF. Do you think much muscle would be lost on a 2000 calorie diet with a 25/50/25 diet with 200 mgs of DNP cycled every 2 days? Thanks.
 
yes because you are 250 , but maybe no because you are 20%.

if you want to go extreme go 10X body weight for calories to be on the safe side. do 2500 cals a day. lower the fat intake on DNP. jsut make your diet out of lean protien and fruit.

start off at 2500 and see what results you get.
 
that's a good point SC.

20% is a bit for DNP. It's not too hard to drop weight at 20%. It will get harder at lower %s which is where most people use DNP.

You could probably get to 15% just by cleaning up your diet a bit and lowering the amount you eat.

After that you could add in a hardcore diet to get lower ( maybe the ANPB diet? or a good ckd) . when that stalls add cardio.

Lower cals as your weight goes down.

at this point after you top , if you really want, add dnp.
