Aigh thanx man I'll put some weight on now and see how I do in 6 weeks when I max out next and after that is when I'll worry about dropping some weight do you think if I put on 10-15 lbs and 2 weeks before I use ur method I will drop that weight???
And cheesepuss I went there also but the thing is my comp or my real player doesn't work and when I get the vid straight from AOL it signs my comp off (it's a slow POS). Any other places that you know of.
